Salt of the Earth Test Kitchen - a roaring success at Taste of Dublin !
The Salt of the Earth Test Kitchen was one of the highlights of the Taste of Dublin.
The marquee with its open kitchen where chef Johan and his team cooked up a storm grilling Dublin bay prawns with Peri Peri and Harissa Crab claws were wooing in the crowds with the waft of fresh Irish seafood.
The grilled asparagus with duqqa, pomegranate and cress and the crab salads with giant couscous, celeriac and dill also went down a treat with visitors to Taste.
The response to the food served and the vibe at the Salt of the Earth maquee and Chill out garden was fantastic.
Roll on Taste of Dublin 2015 for some exciting new ideas and taste sensations.
